​​Born and raised in Little Rock, Jennifer brings deep local knowledge and a strong foundation in business management to her role as Head of Finance and Administration at Capital Sotheby’s International Realty. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in Business Management, she began her career overseeing operations in a professional services environment, spending a decade managing complex administrative and financial responsibilities.

 

Jennifer’s career reflects both adaptability and strategic growth. Her professional experience spans business operations in education, sales, construction management, and real estate—each role strengthening her expertise in accounting oversight, project management, process development, scheduling, and organizational leadership. This diverse background uniquely positions her to manage the financial and administrative infrastructure of a high-performing brokerage.

 

In addition to her executive leadership role, Jennifer is also a licensed Broker and active sales professional, giving her a valuable, firsthand perspective on the day-to-day realities of real estate transactions. This dual role allows her to align operational strategy with practical sales insight, ensuring systems, policies, and financial processes support both agents and clients effectively.

 

Jennifer is responsible for overseeing financial operations, internal controls, and the systems that support agents and leadership alike.
