About Angela Padgett

Angela Padgett’s passion for homes began at an early age. Raised as the daughter and granddaughter of custom home builders, some of her earliest memories include climbing into her father’s truck on Saturday mornings to visit job sites—an experience that sparked a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the stories homes are built to hold.

 

A Dallas native who fell in love with a Little Rock native, Angela has called Central Arkansas home for more than a decade, where she lives with her husband of over 20 years, their teenage son, and their dog. Having relocated multiple times across several states, she brings a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges of moving—especially for clients navigating a new community.

 

With more than 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Angela offers a rare breadth of perspective. Her background includes corporate relocation, business development, and referral management, equipping her with the insight and professionalism to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for both buyers and sellers. She considers it a privilege to help clients find houses that truly become homes, and to guide sellers in presenting their properties with intention, style, and strategic marketing.

 

Angela’s love for the home-building and design process sets her apart. From conceptualizing floor plans tailored to a client’s lifestyle to refining the smallest details—drawer pulls included—she brings a thoughtful, design-forward approach to every transaction. She is especially skilled in guiding new construction clients, first-time buyers, and first-time sellers, offering clear communication, careful attention to detail, and steady guidance through every step.

 

Outside of real estate, Angela and her family enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time along Florida’s 30A—particularly Seagrove Beach, where she and her husband were married. At home, she loves cooking, relaxing on the deck, and taking in the Arkansas sunsets that ultimately made her fall in love with life in Central Arkansas.
