Director of Relocation, Global Real Estate AdvisorAngela Padgett’s passion for homes began early, growing up as the daughter and granddaughter of custom home builders. Some of her earliest memories include climbing into her father’s truck on Saturday mornings to visit job sites—an experience that sparked a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and the stories homes are built to hold.
A Dallas native, Angela has called Central Arkansas home since 2012, where she lives with her husband, their teenage son, and their dog. Having relocated multiple times across several states, she understands firsthand the emotional and logistical complexities of moving—especially for clients entering a new community.
Angela offers a rare breadth of perspective with more than 25 years of industry experience, shaped by her work in corporate relocation, business development, global network management, and agent training and mentoring—equipping her with the insight and professionalism to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for both buyers and sellers. She considers it a privilege to help clients find houses that truly become homes, and to guide sellers in presenting their properties with intention, style, and strategic marketing.
At Capital Sotheby’s International Realty, she serves as both a Global Real Estate Advisor and Director of Business Development and Relocation, providing a thoughtful, concierge-level approach tailored to both local and relocating clients. She has been recognized as one of Soirée Magazine’s Top Agents in 2024 and 2025.

Outside of real estate, Angela enjoys traveling and hiking, and while at home, she finds joy in cooking, relaxing outdoors, and taking in the Arkansas sunsets.
