Kathy brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to real estate, shaped by a life rich in experience, adaptability, and meaningful connection. Born in Kentucky and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, her journey ultimately led her to Arkansas—where she attended college, met her husband Mike, and built a life rooted in family, resilience, and shared adventure.
Throughout their careers, Kathy and Mike lived across the Southeast, including Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, and multiple Arkansas communities such as Hot Springs, Fort Smith, and Little Rock. These relocations—combined with eight years spent on Florida’s Space Coast—have given Kathy a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical nuances involved in moving, downsizing, and starting fresh in new places. It’s an understanding her clients feel immediately.
Kathy’s professional background is as diverse as it is valuable. From work in an art gallery and graphic design business to serving as a trial court assistant for a judge, and later supporting a real estate agency as an administrative assistant, she developed a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and an appreciation for structure and process. That foundation led her naturally into real estate sales, where she earned her Florida license in 2018 and built a successful practice in sales and leasing. After returning to Arkansas in 2022 to be closer to family, she obtained her Arkansas license in 2023 and continues her work serving buyers and sellers with care and precision.
Kathy chose Capital Sotheby’s International Realty intentionally. Having witnessed firsthand the elevated standards of a Sotheby’s affiliate in Florida, she knew the brand’s commitment to professionalism, service, and excellence aligned seamlessly with her own values. Known for her calm, attentive approach, Kathy prioritizes listening—truly understanding her clients’ goals—so she can guide them through a seamless, low-stress contract-to-close experience that exceeds expectations.
Now happily back in Arkansas, Kathy treasures time with her children and grandchildren and feels deeply connected to the state’s natural beauty. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring the lakes and rivers that make Arkansas so special. She especially loves welcoming clients who are new to the area, sharing not just homes and neighborhoods, but the lifestyle and sense of belonging that make Arkansas a wonderful place to call home.
