Maradyth McKenzie’s passion for homes began early—long before real estate became her profession. As a child, she dreamed of becoming an architect, spending hours building LEGO houses and eagerly tagging along to Sunday open houses whenever possible. A pivotal visit to the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design clarified her path: rather than working behind a drafting table, Maradyth wanted a career immersed in homes, people, and places—both locally and around the world.
That vision led her to real estate, where she now serves as a dedicated global real estate advisor. Maradyth’s academic background in International Business Management and Economics from Hendrix College, paired with graduate studies at the University of Arkansas, provides her clients with strategic insight and a sophisticated understanding of markets, value, and opportunity. Her affinity for marketing, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty a natural fit.
With the global reach of the Sotheby’s network, Maradyth helps clients navigate real estate decisions not just for today, but for their future—whether that means finding the perfect home in Central Arkansas or identifying opportunities abroad. Known for her thoughtful advocacy and polished approach, she guides clients with clarity, care, and a deep respect for their goals.
Service and leadership are central to Maradyth’s life and work. A member of the Junior League of Little Rock since 2011, she had the honor of serving as the organization’s 100th President during its centennial year. She is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXVI and a former Pulaski and Perry County CASA Board President. In recognition of her community impact, she was named a Finest Honoree by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Arkansas in 2021.
Maradyth lives in West Little Rock with her husband, their son, and two beloved Corgis. As a family, they share a love of animals, travel adventures, and singing along to Broadway musicals. She measures success not by transactions alone, but by meaningful connections, personal growth, and time well spent with the people she loves.
As Maradyth often reflects, “I go to sleep feeling my day was a success when I’ve responded to my clients’ needs, connected through great conversation, spent quality time with my family, laughed often, and grown along the way.”
