Raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, as the youngest of five siblings in a highly driven family rooted in athletics and entrepreneurship, Mattie developed a competitive mindset and commitment to excellence from an early age. With every sibling competing at the collegiate level, achievement was not an aspiration—it was a standard.

 

Real estate is deeply woven into Mattie’s foundation. Her father, Greg Hatcher, founder of The Hatcher Agency and a prominent real estate developer and investor, and her mother, Lee Hatcher, an accomplished entrepreneur focused on real estate development and the equestrian community, shaped her understanding of property as both an investment and a long-term legacy. Guided by curiosity and a passion for lifelong learning, Mattie brings thoughtful expertise and refined service to every client relationship in the markets she knows best.

 

An elite athlete across multiple disciplines, Mattie’s accomplishments include being named Arkansas Women’s Soccer Player of the Year twice, representing the United States as the sole athlete at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games—earning a gold medal in equestrian show jumping—and serving as Captain of the Women’s Basketball Team at Samford University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, reinforcing her strategic, business-minded approach to real estate.

 

In 2023, Mattie relocated to Aspen, Colorado, drawn by the mountain lifestyle and its global luxury market. She joined Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty as a licensed broker, where she trained under respected industry leader Scott Bayens. After a successful year serving discerning buyers and sellers in Colorado, Mattie became dually licensed in Arkansas, allowing her to seamlessly connect clients between Central Arkansas and Aspen Snowmass—two markets she proudly calls home.

 

Now leading Hatcher Properties, Mattie continues her family’s real estate legacy while carving out her own modern, service-driven identity. Her clients benefit from strategic insight, high-level market knowledge, and a concierge-style experience grounded in professionalism, discretion, and trust.

 

Beyond real estate, Mattie is deeply committed to community involvement, particularly youth sports and mentorship. She remains active in the Little Rock equestrian community alongside her mother, traveling nationally to compete in show jumping events. She also plays in a recreational women’s soccer league and volunteers as a basketball coach in both Aspen and Little Rock—investing in the growth of others with the same dedication she brings to her professional life.
