With more than two decades of client service, relationship building, and professional experience, Wendy Hannah brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to residential real estate in Little Rock and Central Arkansas.

Born in Texas and a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Wendy has called Arkansas home for decades. Before beginning her career in real estate, she spent 23 years with The Hatcher Agency, a leading independent insurance and employee benefits agency based in Little Rock. Throughout her career there, Wendy built lasting client relationships while helping individuals and businesses navigate important decisions with clarity, responsiveness, and personal attention. Her work was recognized in Little Rock Soirée’s 2019 Best Insurance Agents coverage of The Hatcher Agency.

After stepping away from her 23-year career, Wendy realized how much she valued staying active, working with people, and building meaningful connections. Residential real estate offered a natural opportunity to bring that energy and decades of client service experience into a new chapter. Today, she brings the same relationship-driven approach to buyers and sellers throughout Little Rock and Central Arkansas as a real estate advisor with Capital Sotheby’s International Realty.

Wendy understands that real estate is about more than a property. It is about the people and life transitions behind each decision. Her ability to listen, communicate clearly, and foster genuine connections allows her to provide clients with thoughtful, personalized guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Her commitment to service also extends into the Little Rock community. While with The Hatcher Agency, Wendy was actively involved with The Centers for Youth & Families, including service on its Foundation Board of Trustees and support of programs benefiting children and families across Arkansas. That involvement reflects the importance she has long placed on community, relationships, and service.

Outside of real estate, Wendy enjoys staying active through tennis, cycling, and fitness and values time spent with family, friends, and her animals. Her approachable personality and genuine interest in others are central to both her personal life and the way she serves her real estate clients.
