Stephanie Harris brings a rare blend of intellect, leadership, and genuine care to her work in real estate. Originally from Oklahoma City and shaped by experiences living across the country—from Aspen to Arkansas—Stephanie ultimately found her home in Little Rock, where she has been rooted since 1997. Drawn to Arkansas by its natural beauty and strong sense of community, she now shares life there with her husband, Jason Files, and their two rescue dogs, Ziggy and Howie.

 

With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Stephanie offers clients a distinct advantage: exceptional communication skills, analytical insight, and the ability to advocate with clarity and confidence. Her career has been defined by service and leadership, including founding Women Lead Arkansas, a nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering women in leadership, as well as meaningful involvement with professional associations and nonprofit organizations throughout the state.
